Porthole Sunset

Salinas River State Beach, Moss Landing, CA.

I really wanted the little hole to line up with the sunset, but noooo. Maybe in the spring or something it will. Not that I’ll remember or anything.

Maybe it needs to be a rideabout. On my ride today, around the Coyote Creek Valley, I noticed lots of crumbling abandoned greenhouses and stuff. Also, Monterey Highway has some good abandoned features. Its got that "community passed by when the highway came" feel to it.
