Finn, I couldn't frame the sun...I tried. I gotta go back in summer or something. Maybe consult the mayan calendar for when these things align.

this was shot using the pop up flash on my camera, and in processing I desaturated it to bring out the details. Desaturating a sunset is a first for me!

I agree, the sunset doesn't have to take centre stage however beautiful it may be. Really interesting, sharp detail in the wood...hint of the sea. Fabulous Sabine!

I like your rules better. Sunsets outside of the real world get a bit dull after a while. It's what you do with them that bring them back to life.
